Radisson Pinheiros

Breakfast was great with plenty of options, the location is in a quite, safe neigbouhood, you could safely walk to the Oscar Frerie metro station and the shopping stip, full of designer fashion store and the city center is also easily accesible from there. I also like the fact that the beds and the pillows are so confortable, the pillow provide a perfect combination of support and fluffy. If you need more lift you could double it and still not wake up with a sore neck like I have experience in so many hotel. The staff members are also very professional, polite and quite understanding, even though not all of them speak English, they pay attention to attempt to communicate to provide what you need, they also seem to always have an English speaking staff on duty, which is nice.

This hotel is in a great location (Pinheiros neighbourhood), close to many great restaurants and cafes. It is next to Jardins, which is perfect for shopping, and not too far by car from SP's main tourist attractions. Although the rooms can be quite small if you have a big suitcase, the bed was huge and comfy and everything is new and modern. The photos reflect what the hotel is like in real life. The breakfast surprised me by the quality and variety of the items offered.

My expectations were exceeded. Nice clean hotel, great breakfast, staff were very friendly and helpful and there was always an English speaker around to help me. The location was vibey and safe, lovely traditional bar across the road that does delicious porchetta sandwiches on Thursday and Friday evenings. Tanguay, the bell hop, was super friendly and very helpful( thanks Tanguay for brightening our days when we were checking out!). Big comfy bed. Modern neat room. There wasn't anything bad I could say about this hotel.

The helpful staff, central location and modern room finishes. There is a taxi stop right outside hotel and the breakfast was amazing.
